Healthy Muesli Recipe

I made the easiest, Healthy Muesli Recipe yesterday for Andrew and I. I knew I had to quickly whip out the camera for a photo shoot so I could share this recipe. It still blows my mind how easy homemade granola / muesli’s are.. You can easily make them your own by adding what ever nuts / dried fruit you prefer. I promise once you start making them you won’t be able to stop.

I couldn’t possibly tell you the last time I bought granola or muesli from a super market. it’s so expensive and majority of them are fulled with artificial flavourings and sugar. It’s incredibly easy to make in big batches. However we’re doing the longevity fasting diet this week so only wanted to make enough for the two of us! I have a bunch of healthy vegan muesli’s and granolas on my instagram account. One of my personal favourites is the Apricot and Almond!

Healthy Muesli Recipe Ingredients 

1 cup whole oats

1 cup chopped nuts ( I use Brazil and hazelnuts) 

1/2 cup seeds (I use pumpkin and sunflower) 

1/3 cup dried fruit (I use sultanas and apricots) 

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil 

Healthy Muesli Recipe

Method

Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix through. Tip the mixture onto the tray and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes tossing the muesli half way.
