These Honey Mustard Roast Potatoes could be one of the best potato recipes I’ve made! (and trust me I’ve made a lot of potatoes) So easy and seriously delicious. The perfect addition to your Christmas feast.
Honey Mustard is a classic but moriesh combination usually used on chicken so I thought why not use it on some roast potatoes?! The honey mustard turns into a salty sweet pan of deliciousness with a kick of garlic and olive oil.
