This Fruit and Nutty Chocolate Slice is probably one of the easiest slices you’ll make. It’s super wholesome packed with delicious foods like dates, almonds, oats and coconut.
I’ve made this recipe for my 12 days of giveaway that I’m currently doing on my Instagram account. I’m working with some amazing brands, giving away some amazing (and delicious) products. Today not the 8th of December I’ve team up with Pana Organics to giveaway some of my favourite chocolate! All you have to do is be following both of us on instagram and tag a friend in the post.
I decided to make a super simple recipe to go with the giveaway and I absolutely love it. It’s only 8 pantry staple ingredients and all you have to do is blend together the ingredients and top it with melted chocolate. Be sure to check out some of my other chocolate inspired recipes like my all time favourite Double Chocolate & Raspberry Tart.
Fruit and Nutty Chocolate Slice

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. (the mixture should be a little sitcky.) Tip this into a lined slice tin and press down firmly. Place in the freezer to set for 20 minutes.
Melt your chocolate with the coconut oil and pour on top of the slice, speeding evenly and leave in the fridge to set for an hour.
